POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS FOR UK CUSTOMERS
The majority of pieces on this website are available at postage free within the UK only. Larger or heavy items might have an extra cost. This will be shown under the Postage and Refunds section on the right -hand side showing where the product is for sale.
Please contact the gallery first to arrange a suitable time if you intend to collect a product instead of having work posted.
POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK
For all International postage including the EU please contact the gallery before continuing to ADD TO BASKET. We will then reserve the piece while we find out postage costs for you. This will be at cost. Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying any import duty or taxes applicable to the destination country.
RETURNS
Please contact the gallery within 7 working days (which includes a Saturday) via pj.evans@btconnect.com or via our land line 01283 585348 if there is a problem with any product on arrival. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the safe return unless the product arrives damaged or arrives faulty. Please note that damaged goods will still need to be returned.
DELAYS IN POSTAGE
We cannot be held responsible if a delay occurs with the delivery of a parcel once it has been sent to you. This is particularly important during the days leading up to Christmas. A tracking number will be sent in all cases via e-mail.
Please check you have provided your FULL ADDRESS including your POST CODE.
If we have any unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to post a reserved piece by the next working day we shall contact you by e-mail to explain the reason for this.
RETURN OF MONEY IF A PRODUCT IS ALREADY SOLD
We will contact you via your e-mail if a product is already sold and make a refund in full. It is possible for a piece to sell from the gallery and for it not to be marked up as OUT OF STOCK immediately on the website. We endeavour to keep the website up to date by 5.30pm at the end of every trading day.
